Monica began her career with Hair Salon Body & Soul in 2000. To make every client’s experience a pleasurable one, she attends yearly managerial workshops, product knowledge classes and business management courses. Specializing in customer service, her day-to-day activities include greeting and accommodating customers with appointments and overseeing the Salon’s overall productivity. Monica’s organizational skills and training in the latest computer programs is truly an asset to our business.
